Dr. Ward on Diversity in Young Adult Literature Panel - Oct. 4

Dr. Jervette R. Ward will be a panelist for "Censorship, Diversity, and Young Adult Literature: A Panel Discussion on the Censorship of and the Necessity for Diversity in Young Adult Literature," an event hosted by the Anchorage Public Library. Dr. Ward is currently teaching the Graduate Course Once Upon a Time in Children's Literature at the University of Alaska Anchorage, and she is the author of "In Search of Diversity: Dick and Jane and Their Black Playmates."
