A Conversation on Freedom

Dr. Jervette R. Ward will facilitate “A Conversation on Freedom,” an event sponsored by the Alaska Humanities Forum, the University of Alaska Anchorage Multicultural Center, and The Alaska Council for the Social Studies. The Conversation will explore the ever-evolving definition of freedom and provide perspective through historical reflection and personal stories of Sudanese, Syrian, and Bosnian immigrants. The event will take place on Thursday, November 3, at 6:30pm in the University of Alaska Anchorage Multicultural Center, Rasmuson Hall Room 106.
